2023 harvest report
The 2023 harvest took place under a La Niña climatic period, where temperature conditions prevailed above the historical average,
with little accumulated rainfall and great thermal amplitude. Rainfall occurred violently, with torrential rains and, in some cases, extreme hail followed.
In December, the hail caused huge losses in terms of the number of shoots, leaves, and fruit in formation. Then, during parts of February and March,
there was a heat wave that accelerated ripening, greatly advancing the harvest and producing a maturation overlap between different varietals.
Without a doubt and despite everything, this vintage will produced full-bodied wines with marked tannins and intense colors in reds.
White wines have good acidity and significant fruity notes.
A remarkable fact is that each of the bottles to be made in 2023
is a true survivor of the power of nature, which invites us, again, to reflect on how we take care of the environment.
